When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 pm, will be shipped that same day.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, within Europe 2-7 business days, and outside Europe 10-20 business days.
How can I make a return?
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund. The costs for return are for the customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return you can request the return within 14 days of the delivery date. Your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging.

I lost my order form, what now?
If you lost your order form then you can replace it by printing out your order-confirmation. Make sure your order-number, name and return preferences are on the form so that we can process your return quickly. If you don't have a printer then simply write down your order-number, name and return preferences on a piece of paper.
We process returns within 2 days after receipt. The amount will be refunded to the same account the payment has been made with. It depends on your payment method how long it takes for the refund to be visible on your account. This may vary between 1 and 7 days.
