Our products are shipped from Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Yes we ship worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €10. If you order during sale under €10, then the shipping costs are €3-€5. Your envelope will be delivered in your mailbox.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 pm, will be shipped that same day.

When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location how long the delivery takes. The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days, within Europe 2-7 business days and outside Europe 7-20 business days. 

How do I track my order?
Our shipping method doesn't include a tracking-number. If you are experiencing a delivery problem please contact us. We offer insurance.

How can I make a return?
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Add your return instructions on the order form. Use the return sticker label and re-use our envelope. Make sure you add your order form to your return. We guarantee an exchange or refund if the items are returned in perfect and unworn condition. We offer free returns for The Netherlands and Belgium.  For other orders placed outside The Netherlands and Belgium, the costs for the return are for the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
We process returns within 2 days after receipt. The amount is will be refunded to the same account the payment has been made with. It depends on your payment method how long it takes before the refund is visible on your account. This may vary between 1 and 7 days.

I lost my return form, what now?
If you lost your return form then you can replace it by printing out your order-confirmation. Make sure your order-number, name and return preferences are on the form so that we can process your return quickly. If you don't have a printer then simply write down your order-number, name and return preferences on a piece of paper.

I lost my return shipping label, what now?
If you lost your return shipping label please contact us and we will send you a new one.
