I noticed that FASHIONOLOGY.NL is having a holiday, what happens with the process of my order?
It has been a busy year for us at Fashionology.nl, therefore we are having a holiday from Wednesday until the 4th of August.
This means that all orders we receive from Wednesday, July the 14th 20.00 hours, until the the 4th of august will be send out directly on the 5th of august*.The last few weeks we have worked very hard making our handmade jewelry, this way we have gathered a large stock which we can be send out directly once we get back.
Everyone who orders from July the 14th 20.00hrs until the 4th of august will get a FREE GIFT to compensate the delivery delay.
IF YOU MAKE AN ORDER BEFORE WEDNESDAY THE 14TH OF JULY UNTIL 20.00 HRS AND PAY DIRECTLY FOR THE ORDER, THEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SEND OUT THE SAME DAY! (ONLY PAYPAL OR IDEAL**)

Is there a possibility to translate your webshop to my language?
Yes there is, Please visit: http://translate.google.com. Here you can translate our webshop into the language you prefer.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do, you can find it on the size chart page at the top of the webshop.
When will a certain item be back in stock?
The item description of an item that is currently out of stock, will give you more ‘back in stock’ information. Items that won’t come back in stock will be deleted from the webshop.
An item is not available in my size, will it be available in the future?
Please contact us if an item is not available in your size, we will do our very best to get your size.
I want to buy an item, but it’s too big/small for me. Can you resize this item?
It depends on the item, but we can resize most bracelets and necklaces for you. Please contact us for more information.
Ordering
What address do I need to enter while filling in the order?
Please fill in your shipping address. We ship all orders to the address you have filled in at the order form.
Will there be additional costs to my order?
The only additional costs to your order will be the shipping costs. The shipping for orders above 50 euro are FREE.
Can I change my order?
Please email us if you want to change your order. We will probably advise you to order again, with all the right details.
Can I cancel my order?
No problem, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, if you want to cancel your order please contact us.
How can I check the status of my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Transfer in advance. Soon it will also be possible to pay with your credit card and Ideal.
Within what period of time do I need to pay for my order?
You need to pay for your order within 14 days. If you have not paid for your order within 14 days your order will be canceled.
After I have paid trough Paypal an error occurred, what happened?
If you have chosen Paypal as a payment option FASHIONOLOGY.NL will automatically link you to the Paypal page so that you can complete your payment. After you have completed your payment you need to click on 'return to the page' button. If you don't do that or close the window before you made the payment, an error will occur. If you want to make sure that your payment got trough please contact us.
I have paid trough paypal, but my home address on my paypal account is different from the address I entered during ordering, what now?
We will ship all orders to the address you entered on the order form.
How do I transfer money trough bank account?
This varies from country to country and from bank to bank. All the information you need can be found on the contact page. If you can’t figure it out, please contact your bank.

What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands:
€0.00 - €14.99= €1.50, €15.00 - €49.99= €2.50, Above €50 = FREE.
Europe:
€0.00 - €14.99= €2.50, €15.00 - €49.99= €3.50, Above €50 = FREE.
Outside Europe: €0.00 - €14.99= €3.00, €15.00 - €49.99= €4.00, Above €50 = FREE.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after we have received your payment. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekend days are no business days.
How long does the shipping take?
After we have shipped your order the delivery within The Netherlands takes about 1 to 2 days. The shipping within Europe takes about a week and shipping outside Europe takes about 10 days. The shipping can take longer, it depends on your national post office.
I have made two orders, but I only paid for one, what happens now?
You will only receive the order you have paid for.

Do you also offer Express Shipping?
Yes we do. If you prefer an Express Shipping then please keep in mind that the shipping above 50 euro is not for free. Only when you choose the standard rate the shipping costs are free above 50 euro. Express Shippings will be send out with UPS. The shipping price depends on where you are from.

An item I ordered was missing in the shipment, what does this mean?
Normally it means that the missing item wasn’t in stock at the moment and that we wanted you to send the other items first because we don’t want you to wait to long for your order. Please contact us to be sure.

How do I return an item?
If you want to return an item then please contact us first. All returns need to include a copy of the order confirmation email you received after you made the order. Please mark the item(s) you want to return on the copy of the order confirmation.

Yes, we guarantee to exchange all items you are not completely happy with. We only accept returns that are in perfect condition and which are returned within 14 days of receipt. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on pierced jewellery.

Products
How do I take care of the jewelry?
Please handle the jewelry with care. Be very careful with the use of fluids on the silver plated jewelry or on the part of your skin where you wear the silver plated jewelry.
What material do you use?
We use silver plated material and real sterling silver. All rings in our shop are made of real silver. The hooks of the earrings are nickel free.
Who makes the jewelry?
Rachel partly selects and partly designs the jewelry that are for sale at FASHIONOLOGY.NL
My ball chan necklace is broken/tarnished can I get a new one?
Yes absolutely, you have a 1 year guarantee on the ball chain necklace. Please contact us if the ball chain necklace is broken. We will probably advise you to send us the necklace including the pendant back, so that we can change the broken necklace for a brand new one.
